How is the training set up?

Practically speaking, our endodontology training has the following features:

Small-scale format (maximum of 8 participants)
Intensive hands-on training
Live demonstration with a patient at each course
Focus on skill and efficiency
Rooms equipped with Zeiss microscopes
Pro-taper Universal, Proglider and Protaper Next
Vertical Condensation with Warm GuttaPercha according to Schilder
Thermafill en Guttacore

Topics covered during the training include:

The opening;
Finding the channels;
The correct length determination using the length meter;
Creating a GlidePath and GlidePath Management;
Cleaning the ducts;
Finally, filling using hot guttapercha technique;

Daily schedule of training

The training is conducted in the practice at Cronenburg 73 in Amsterdam. In two days, you can expect the following program:

Day 1

08:00 – 08:30 welcome with coffee or tea
08:00 – 10:30 theory discussion
10:30 – 11:00 break with circle questions
11:00 – 12:30 demonstration on element
12:30 – 13:30 lunch with discussion of what comes up for discussion
13:30 – 16:30 hands-on training

Day 2

08:00 – 08:30 welcome with coffee or tea
08:30 – 11:00 theory and case discussion patient
11:00 – 12:00 break/lunch with circle questions
12:00 – 14:30 hands-on training
14:30 – 15:00 follow-up discussion
This daily schedule can be adjusted as needed. The cost for this course is 1500.- ex VAT. After you complete and submit the registration form, you will receive the invoice by mail. Your reservation is final as soon as we receive your payment.

KRT-Points

The KRT records the ways in which you promote your expertise, as you stated when you took the physician oath. In doing so, the KRT encourages dentists to keep their professional knowledge up to date. The KRT brings dentists and educators together and gives patients insight into the quality of their oral health care.

The KRT records the time spent on professional development. Time is expressed in KRT points. One KRT point is equivalent to one hour of net training. This is the time of continuing education without reception, break, lunch, dinner, award ceremonies, exam or test, speaker introductions, discussion time, etc. When calculating net training time, it is rounded to half or whole points.
